| In recent years frequent accidents have revealed the fact that inadequate localcompression bearing capacity of concrete is a precarious matter. Duringconstruction,some constructors generally arranged in spiral hoop reinforcementor steel mesh to reinforce concrete compressive strength of pressurehead.Whereas,the force provided by tie hoop and steel net in the concrete are allbelong to prassitive restraint,and only modestly improving bearing capacity.Butif mesh too much can lead to pressure both ends of concrete was crushed, notonly a waste of steel but also increased the difficulty of construction.Along with fast development of prestressing technology which remarkableadvantage in the field of civil engineering highlights the abundant charm andvitality.Compared with the ordinary concrete, prestressed concrete increasedstructural rigidity and the crack resistance.Prestress reinforced concrete pressureon local regions used in this paper, greatly improving component cracks inbearing capacity, limit, convenient construction and reached economical effect ofsteel.This article includes:Using ANSYS13.0to simulate and analysis the prestressed reinforced concretepartial compressive force,and discussing effection about ultimate bearingcapacity of concrete compression members that produce by the placement oftendons, dosage and the number and size of prestressed tendon.The theory analysis about local compressive ultimate strength of concrete.Thispaper use strut-and-tie theory and concrete limit analysis method deducecalculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity of concrete,and introduce theUnited States strut-and-tie theory.Then useing these three methods calculatte theultimate strength values of concrete compression members.In order to further validate local compressive failure modes and ultimatestrength values that constrainted by prestressed reinforce,author do someexperiments,which research the the ultimate bearing capacity of externallyprestressed steel strand under the restriction of local compression member andunbonded prestressed tendons under the constraint of compression member. This article describes a new method for solving concrete problems in detail------prestressed reinforced concrete under local compression members,in-depthanalysis of working mechanism of prestressed reinforced concrete under theaction of local compression, concluded that this approach not only significantlyhigher bearing capacity, and conserve steel.Strut model has been describedprinciple, through the analysis of structure stress contour-strut model forprestressed concrete in the structure of local compression mechanisms. |
