In industrial processes, Failure of equipment integration system has become one of the important reasons for the impact of falling productivity, failure occurs often by caused by the spread and diffusion of a tiny fault source. Therefore, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment integrated system, reduce the probability of failure, improve the efficiency of industrial production, depth study of fault propagation mechanism device integration system has become the subject of much-needed research.The dissertation from the perspective of network topology structure of the equipment integration system, build a network model system functionality on the basis of system topology, research the affect on system failure propagation based on functionality topology model of the system. The main research work is as follows:First, based on the characteristics of the analysis of the equipment integration system and the theory of the topology network, to component unit system nodes, unit reliability for node properties, effect connection between the edge nodes, fault propagation strength of edge for the connection properties, build directed weighted network topology model which reflect fault propagation characteristics of the system.Based on the network topology, define the concept of functionally linked side network that set of nodes and edges set change over time.Secondly, to study the topological characteristics of the network for system failures affect propagation; analyze node fault propagation process and fault propagation path model based on topology of system, build the model of fault propagation and highest risk of transmission path model, solving the high risk of transmission path mathematical model by ant colony algorithm; then possible source of the fault location analysis.Finally, build the topology network model modeling for the high-speed train running system, Research on Failure Propagation Mechanism for the model, get the possible fault propagation path and highest risk path. The analytical method provides a new way of thinking for the study of the mechanism of fault propagation between components unit. of equipment integration system.
