With the rapid development of economy and science technology in China, large-scale infrastructure construction especially traffic infrastructure has entered a rapid development period. In many areas construction conditions are relatively poor has beginning a lot of traffic and road infrastructure construction. Because these areas have a lot of mountains and transportation difficulties, design and construction of inconvenience. Construct rail or road through the mountains is often necessary, leading to the emergence of a large number of tunnel through mountain. With the increase of tunnel construction, and engineering problems exposed gradually increasing, the research and analysis of these issues have important implications for construction safety and maintenance.This paper, relying on the JiTuhui passenger dedicated line--XiaoPanling mountain tunnel project, and the relevant data of the construction site to do the test section of the tunnel construction in the process of monitoring data is to analyze the laws of tunnel stress and deformation. Several experiments are analyzed and summarized through the physical properties of the carbonized argillaceous slate indoors. Construction method and technology of large section tunnel, and the advantages and disadvantages of different construction methods are summarized. Establish the three-dimensional model based on international advanced finite element analysis software ABAQUS, through the change of different construction parameters to analyze the main factors affecting the tunnel stress and deformation, and were compared with actual data and validation.the main factors influencing the deformation of tunnel is obtained by analysis, and it is analyzed and forecast similar section deformation of the tunnel in the BP neural network.The above research and experimentation of related issues, Can increase the design and construction theoretical basis of the large section carbonization argillite tunnel, and have certain reference and guidance on site construction.
