Ballasted track is widely used in high-speed railway with its advantage of laying simply, low cost and easy to maintain. Under the train and environmental load, the deterioration of ballast bed would lead to the deformation of track geometry and the formation of track irregularity.Track irregularity is the excitation source of vehicle-track system, and affects wheel-rail interaction and the safety and stationarity of train running state directly. Track quality index is an important index to assess track quality state. So it has an important practical significance and appalication value of guiding high-speed railway maintainance and improving the safety and stationarity of train running state to carry out study on the effect of TQI key parameters of ballasted track on high-speed train running state.This paper took the ballasted track of high-speed railway as research object, and a high-speed railway vehicle-track rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was built with the collaborative simulation of multibody dynamics software SIMPACK and finite element software ABAQUS, which based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics. Then a study of the effect of track single irregularity, complex irregularity and random irregularity on high-speed train running state was carried out by means of the built model. The main research work and results of this paper as follows:(1) Establish an extra-long railway line vehicle-track refinement dynamic model with rigid-flexible coupling collaborative simulation.Based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics, a vehicle system model and a ballasted track model were respectively built by multibody dynamics software SIMPACK and finite element software ABAQUS. Then an extra-long railway line vehicle-track rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was established by means of collaborative simulation, and the correctness of model was verified.(2)Reveal the effect law of ballasted track TQI key parameters on high-speed train running state.Based on the built vehicle-track spatial coupling dynamic model, the effect law of ballasted track TQI key parameters on high-speed train running state was studied by changing the wavelength, amplitude of TQI key parameters and train speed. The dynamic effect of all kinds of track single irregularity on high-speed train running state was contrastive analysed, and the paper proposed the suggested values of high-speed railway ballasted track irregularity management standard.(3)Analyse the dynamic effect characteristics of track complex irregularity on the high-speed train running state.Based on the study of track single irregularity effect on high-speed train running state, the effect of track alignment-level, track alignment-vertical and other kinds of complex irregularity on high-speed train running state was analysed. The results show that the effect of track complex irregularity on high-speed train running dynamic characteristics increases with the increase of complex irregularity amplitude combination, and decreases with the increase of complex irregularity wavelength.(4)Explore the dynamic characteristics of high-speed vehicle under track random irregularity.Based on the contrastive analysis of track spectrum at home and abroad, Germany low disturbance spectrum and some measured track irregularity of China ballasted track high-speed railway were chosen as random irregularity research object. Using the built vehicle-track coupling dynamic model, the dynamic characteristics of high-speed vehicle under track random irregularity were explored. The result shows that the train has obvious random vibration characteristics under track random irregularity function.In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of high-speed vehicle under track single irregularity, complex irregularity and random irregularity were revealed by means of the built extra-long railway line vehicle-track coupling dynamic model, which based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics. Then the suggested values of high-speed railway ballasted track irregularity management standard were proposed, which has an important guiding significance to the maintenance of high-speed railway ballasted track.
