With the increasing development of high-speed trains, the noise and vibration generated during its operation also increases. To better improve the riding of passengers and the driving comfort of driver, it is necessary to identify the structure of the main body of each noise and vibration source and target them structural optimization and design to achieve the purpose of vibration and noise reduction. The vibration and noise reduction is mainly performed by the three aspects:source, transmission and recipient. This paper made use of transfer path analysis of this growing up method to test the transmission path and the contribution of each source of noise and vibration of a high-speed train cab and carried out the data processing, which made the appropriate recommendations and measures of structural optimization and provided theoretical and digital guidance for vibration and noise reduction.Under the premise of the theoretical and experimental study, we found that crosstalk between the various sources to each other would produce in the process noise and vibration transmission path which caused some difficulty for obtaining the dominant source of noise and vibration. So, the paper also studied crosstalk between the vibration sources with theoretical and experimental studies in order to eliminate crosstalk and optimize the transmission path of traditional methods. And it is also used better for theoretical foundation for the engineering practice. In the traditional method based on the transmission path, we add crosstalk cancellation pretreatment. It mainly used Cholesky decomposition and least squares method performed the optimization of the transmission path method and crosstalk elimination. And then we could come to a more realistic vibration sources data. Through experiments and data processing, we compared and analyzed the data before and after optimization and found that crosstalk cancellation optimization method to achieve a certain effect. However, the method is not perfect. It needs to be further improved in the future be applied to the engineering practice and the data processing of field testing.
