With the rapid development of automobile industry, scrap tires has become one of themajor solid waste, recycling, waste tire problem caused concern among the people.Inrecent years, a large number of studies show that the incorporation of the durability ofconcrete aggregate concrete mix made of rubber, rubber elasticity as well as its own"Solid entraining" concrete action to improve the waste rubber grinding,Most scholars onthe durability of rubber aggregate concrete has been studied systematically, but ignoredthe mechanical properties of the freeze-thaw cycles crumb rubber concrete.Mechanicalproperties is a direct assessment of structural safety standards, conduct researchmechanical properties after freeze-thaw cycles, the establishment of the calculationmethod can be quantified, not only for the security of the actual project provides a directreference reference, but also has a significant environmental effects.In this paper,5to8mesh,30to40mesh and60to80mesh three kinds of rubberparticle size and in accordance with the5%,10%and15%of the proportion replaced byan equal volume of fine aggregate for the main parameters,research mixtureperformance, cube compressive strength,splitting tensile stress-strain curve freeze-thawcycles of crumb rubber concrete.Analysis of performance changes with each freeze-thawcycles.Establishment of a degradation model crumb rubber concrete strength and thestress-strain curve equation.And by measuring their gas content, draw a bubble spacing factor rubber aggregate concrete.Further explain the mechanism of rubber particles as theincorporation of a solid air-entraining agents to improve the durability of concrete.Experimental results show that reduce rubber particle size and increase the dosage ofrubber can make concrete air increases.When the particle size of the rubber is5-8mesh,concrete slump is proportional with the rubber concrete.When the particle sizeof rubber is30-40msh and60-80mesh,rubber content increase will be reducedslump.Rubber content of10%can improve the impressive strength and splitting tensilestrength of concrete after freeze-thaw.The best effect of the rubber particle size of60-80mesh, and the stress and strain of concrete after freeze-thaw is the smallest.
