To study the bond properties between BFRP bar and basalt fiber recycled concrete, thepull-out tests for the diameter16BFRP bars embedded in basalt fiber recycled concrete werecompleted. By changing the basalt fiber volume content and fiber length and concrete grade, the bond strength and bond-slip constitutive relation between the BFRP bar and the basaltfiber recycled concrete were studied. The major contributions as follows:(1)The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and axialcompressive strength of basalt fiber recycled concrete have carried on the experimental studyand theoretical analysis. The basic mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced recycledaggregate concrete have been studied.(2)81center pull-out specimens were made, the three variables are basalt fiber volumecontent, fiber length and concrete grade. The bond stress-slip curves were obtained by centerpull-out test. Analysis the curves, bond behavior, failure mode.(3)Based on the test results, how the variables affect the curves and bond strength havebeen analysed. The test results indicated that: adding basalt fiber to the concrete can reducethe bond strength between BFRP bar and recycled concrete but can enhance the ductility ofbond property.0.2%fiber volume content has the best enhance effect for the bond strength, bond strength has been less effected by changing the fiber length, the bond strength enhanceswith the concrete grade increase, but the increase is not unlimited.(4)The bond-slip constitutive model is proposed and the analysis result shows that themodel has better simulation effect. The constitutive model can reflect the bonding mechanismbetween BFRP bar and basalt fiber concrete well, it also can provide reference for theoreticalanalysis and engineering applications of the bond and anchor property between BFRP bar andrecycled concrete.
