This paper takes control of three-phase imbalance of public transformers of JiangxiPower Grid as the target,researchs the control technology and issues related equipmentengineering applications of three-phase four-wire distribution static synchronouscompensator (D-STATCOM) from the practical application point of view. Theequipment developed in this paper have good results in the practical application ofengineering,effectively solve the power quality problems of common transformer suchas three-phase load imbalance,therefore the device developed in this article has a highuse value in engineering practice,This paper first introduces the research background and gives the reasons andharm of the three-phase imbalance,describes the three-phase unbalanced governancefrom traditional and modern governance,and reviews control technologies of currentresearch for phase imbalance governance.Then this paper separately analyzes the working principle for voltagecompensation and load compensation, establishes the mathematical model ofthree-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire system of D-STATCOM,introducesthe common current detection methods,analyzes the current detection methods of p-qoperation mode and ip-iqoperation mode based on instantaneous reactive power theoryimportantly,researchs and simulation the ompensation current detection method ofD-STATCOM for unbalanced governance.Then this paper researchs the PI control and feedforward decoupling controltechnology of D-STATCOM for voltage Compensation,researchs the common currenttracking control technology and deadbeat control echnology of D-STATCOM for loadcompensation, determines the control method of the fourth leg,analyzes and designsthe stability control method of the DC voltage, conductes a simulation model andanalysis the three-phase four-wire D-STATCOM for unbalanced load governance.Once again according to the technical indicators, analyzes and designs the maincircuit structure and component parameters and the control circuit board parametersand control algorithm and its program realization from the actual device developmentof the three-phase four-wire D-STATCOM,gives a detailed engineering design process and the design parameters.Finally, this paper analyzes the effects of engineering applications of thethree-phase four-wire D-STATCOM,and then this paper studies the technical problemsrelated to engineering applications mainly include trip issue and limiting controlproblem and the zero-crossing signal interference problem and programmingprocedures and acceleration to run the program and the precautions whencommissioning the control panel,provides technical support for the industrialapplications of D-STATCOM.
