| With the development of the trend of global economic integration, the logistics industry in China has a widely development space. As the main carrier of logistics and the main centers of the import and export trade goods, the effective management of their own resources and scheduling is necessary guarantee of the unimpeded logistics on port, which is not only related to enterprise cost control and the requirements of customer satisfaction, but also had an influence to the competitiveness of the whole supply chain.In this thesis, the low efficiency of the port logistics, the high cost of transport, and unreasonable resource configuration are used as the background and the vehicle scheduling optimization of the process of the port ships unload operating and cargo transport into the warehouse operating is used as the research direction. Then, the vehicle scheduling model is solved and simulated. On the basis of the research achievements, the RSS application development platform and Flex framework of RIA technology are used to design and realize the transportation management subsystem under the enterprise information management system. This paper mainly includes the following aspects.Firstly, through the research and analysis of the theory and method of the vehicle scheduling optimization of the process of the port ships unload operating and cargo transport into the warehouse operating, the vehicle scheduling problem of the port ships unload operating and cargos transport into the warehouse operating can be saw as a job shop scheduling problem. Based on the above, the improved scheme of the classic job shop scheduling problem is put forward, and is compared with the classic workshop scheduling problem. Then, the differences and similarities of the vehicle scheduling optimization of the process of the port ships unload operating and cargo transport into the warehouse operating and the classic job shop scheduling problem are pointed out.Secondly, according to two different conditions of the shortest time for discharging and fixed discharging time, through the research and analysis of the objective function and the constraint condition, the model of the job shop scheduling problem of vehicle scheduling problem of the port ships unload operating and cargo transport into the warehouse operating is established, which is comprehensively considering of the uninstall resources and uninstall process of the port.Thirdly, according to the problem features, the ant colony algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Through the experimental simulation, the relationship and combinations of various parameters of the ant colony algorithm are analyzed. The influence of the algorithm parameters to the performance of the algorithm is obtained, which is proved that the reasonable choice of the parameters is playing a crucial role of the algorithm performance. Then, according to experiment result, a set of more reasonable parameters combination is gained, and the theoretical basis is provided for the design and implementation of the system.Finally, the transportation management subsystem of the enterprise information management system is designed and realized. Under the RSS application development framework platform, based on the model of job shop scheduling and the optimization technique, various function modules of the transportation management subsystem are designed and realized, which is using the RIA technology of Flex. Through the way of showing the interface, the main modules of the transporting management subsystem are described. |
