The content of this word is part of the cooling design of laminated vane with cast form. In this paper, the main works are concentrate on the method how to determine the allocate of cooling flow and the distribution of press and the sizes of film holes with setting blade profile and the parameters of outer slipstream in the process of blade cooling design.As the indirect problem of cooling design with turbovane, together with the direct problem setting the parameter of outer slipstream and indraft cooing flow that is the numerical calculation coupling the condition of flow and solid and heat, also together with the tests on rigs and engine compose a entity in the cooling design of turbovane. On the basis of the results of estimation,the tests of indraft heat transfer and flow resistance are implemented with enlarged model testpieces in plane cascade of blades. Finally,the test of cooling performance is completed with testpieces of metal, the results of experiment are agereed well with the values of estimation, the method which is expanded in this paper can be used to the preliminary cooling design of turbovane.
