The development of the automotive industry has brought convenience to the live, due to the long braking distance and emergency sideslip has brought about more seriously road traffic problems. The braking performance is the basic performance to ensure safe driving and achieve good operating efficiency. The automobile test technology has lagged behind the development of the automobile other new techniques, so the new task in research vehicle braking performance detection technology is very urgent. This subject aims to detect the ground braking force, and using the obtained date to improve the efficacy of Antilock Brake System, which has practical significance. The experiment of automobile braking force simulated detection on vibration table was designed and the vehicle braking process was on ADAMS/Car software, also the simulation results and experimental results were compared to and analyzed, which shows that:the force on connection components was changed with the automobile braking force, and the braking force can be tested on the vibration table analog device. The main researches in this paper were as followings:1.The development and relative merits of existed automobile braking performance including of test principle态test means and detection techniques were analyzed. Though market investigation the KIA K3models was finally determined as the research object.2.The model of automobile brake and connection components were build by Pro/e software. It was scientific and rational simplified according to the actual conditions. Since brake braking force was considered as internal force, mechanics analysis on the model was conducted during braking. And the mechanical braking force detection scheme was determined according to the results of the analysis.3.The experiment of analog detection of automobile braking force on the vibration test was designed and carried out. A low frequency random signal was used to simulate the vibration environment, and the tires were instead of springs, then the test signal was picked up in the experiment. A appropriate digital filter was designed to analysis and process the detection signal.4.Full vehicle model braking process was emulated with ADAMS/Car software. Specific content includes establish the car model, add the braking system road conditions were set up as actual parameters. The simulation results were compared with the vibration table test results, and obtained the study results.
