Along with the rapid development of modern society, the traditional energy consumption speed is increased year by year, and is accompanied by the enormous damage to the environment, bringing greatly damage to human health. So governments are very seriously looking for green energy to replace traditional energy. Solar energy resource is considered to be a very clean energy, so the development and utilization of solar energy technology.The main content of this paper is to study the technology and system control strategy of grid connected maximum power point tracking of single phase photovoltaic grid connected power generation. This paper focuses on two aspects as follows are analyzed and studied in detail:Firstly, the working principle of the photovoltaic battery is analyzed and studied in detail, and the detailed research on the photovoltaic battery on the basis of the analysis of the PV output power maximum power point tracking. In the traditional maximum power point according to the above analysis method based on the traditional method, the maximum power point tracking method was improved, the maximum power point of a dual mode method which combines the short-circuit current method and variable step disturbance hysteresis comparison method is put forward to achieve effective tracking of the output power is the maximum power point.In the MATLAB simulation experiment is carried out on the new method, through the simulation to verify the effectiveness of the method,it can realize the efficient use of the sun to a greater extent.Secondly,in this paper, the control strategy of grid connected photovoltaic also made a detailed study. The main work includes the topology of single-phase grid connected inverter is analyzed, on the basis of theoretical analysis, mathematical model of the inverter was constructed. At the same time this paper also modulation strategy of grid are analysed and studied in detail, and in order to improve the reliability of grid grid PLL was studied, through the simulation of the new control strategy, verify the validity of the method. Throughout the paper’s elaboration, this article has mainly done before the conversion level of boost circuit and system with maximum power point tracking, grid level circuit system, grid connection control and phase-locked loop research.
