Remanufacturing has much more advantages than traditional manufacturing. Theresearches on key problems in remanufacturing satisfy the needs of sustainabledevelopment and conform to the important strategic goals in our country. Centrifugalcompressor unit is the key equipment of natural gas pipeline and the key to the safetyof China’s East-West pipeline. Large-scale centrifugal compressor always fails towork properly and need to remanufacture because of high cycles fatigue, ablation orcorrosion in long run. The working centrifugal compressor turns out a serious oftransformation under external load in long time. The performance control of thetransformation is the antecedent condition to the lossless clean and recombination ofremanufacturing blank. At the same time it’s absolutely necessary in the wholeremanufacturing craft. Numerical modeling of the centrifugal compressor workenvironment is a precondition for the research to remanufacturing transformation. It’snecessary to use the method of multi-field coupling because intra-field modeling cannot satisfy the accuracy of the numerical modeling to turbo machinery.The object of this paper is large-scale long pipeline compressor produced by AirBlower Company in Shenyang. This paper utilizes finite element software ANSYSWorkbench Environment on the numerical simulation of the fluid-structure and theheat-structure interaction of the compressor impeller. And select9.5kg/s,10.0kg/s,10.5kg/s,11.0kg/s and11.5kg/s as the model export flow to carry out numericalsimulation, reveals the flowing status of the flow field of the impeller under alloperating condition. Make clear the distribution of temperature field and load field ofthe impeller denatured layer service under typical service environment which providethe corresponding data to the investigation of formation mechanism of denaturedlayer of remanufacturing blank, and preparation experiment research. And it has acertain significance for the improvement of the performance and structural strength ofthe compressor impeller, the enhancement of the reliability and safety of operation ofthe compete machine, and prolong the working life.
