With the development of modern architecture and functional requirements, a lot ofthe requirements of the building structure with large span and small section, whichmakes the development of prestressed concrete structure.Compared with ordinaryconcrete structure, prestressed concrete structure can reduce the deflection ofcomponent, limit section crack and improve the performance of structure, but, seismicperformance has been the emphasis in the research of prestressed concrete structure. The PPR size of Partially prestressed concrete structure can directly affect thestructural seismic performance. A reasonable design of PPR can improve the energydissipation capacity of prestressed concrete structure.Along with the increase of PPR,the part of the energy dissipation capacity of prestressed structure is lower, but mediumprestressed concrete beam can also has better seismic performance. By using improvedcapacity spectrum in the static elastoplastic analysis combined with seismic designmethod based on displacement, compares in the prestressed prestressed degree of0.8and0.6and seismic performance of the structure under suggests that moderate degree ofprestressed structure can meet the requirements for seismic resistance of the structure, has a good seismic performance. In this paper, the structural static analysis can been see whether it meet therequirements of aseismatic structure. However, because the pushover analysis has somelimitations, and then through the way of dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, the structure is inputted earthquake wave. By watching the structure under the seismicwave drift, base shear parameters can reflect the structure of the seismic reflection, andresearch on seismic capacity of structure, for the engineering the actual reference value.
