The machine detection is an important component of automotive parts. This part after casting, abrasive blasting, bore processing three processes into the finished products. To ensure the quality of products, in addition to the need for the five positions at the appearance of the finished parts were defect detection, but also detect internal hole, covering almost all parts exterior surface. All along, the country has not been able to quickly complete a one-time detection tools are manual inspection, which greatly limits the production efficiency and production quality.Successful development of this machine such parts to fill the gaps in the field of domestic Rapid-speed automated detection greatly improved product quality and reliability. Currently has produced six units, of which there are three sets of exports to Japan, and good customer response.The main work includes the following aspects:(1) Situation describes casting machine parts and detection requirements, and to develop the initial design. After a multi-program comparison, to determine the final design;(2) How to select and build the visual system:includes a light source, lens, camera and image processing equipment. In particular, the principles of the visual system, lighting technology, features, applicability, implementation and optimization methods conducted in-depth research. Finally through the test to verify the effect of visual detection system.(3) The overall design of the machine:from the automation of the workpiece material, the automatic conversion between stations, automatic sorting and then cutting the workpiece, a detailed description of each station works, theoretical calculation of the main components of the workpiece force in the event of machine finite element analysis to ensure high-quality factory parts. Working around the design of mechanical action beats between each station to ensure detection of beats within the required range.
