Automotive powertrain mount system directly affects the performance of the engine vibration isolation effect and NVH performance and even comfort performance. Engine under work inevitably produce multiple degrees of freedom complex different modes of vibration, the vibration after superposition has multiple source, broadband frequency characteristics, the traditional rubber mount is hard to obtains the good effect of vibration isolation within the range of frequency domain, while the application of magnetorheological mount with semi-active control provides an important development direction. At present most of the research focus on MRF mount. In this paper, the magnetorheological elastomers mount was studied.Conducted experimental analysis on magnetorheological elastomer material to study the mechanical properties; the paper proposes a parallel structure of MRE mount, to improve the dynamic range. The magnetic circuit simulation shows that the structure has good electromagnetism performance;Research based on the engine vibration force help set up one, two, three DOF mount system simplified models for different research purposes, and conduct the model simulation. Studied the vertical force transfer rate and the relationship between the parameters such as frequency ratio, damping, considering the road surface roughness is studied in two DOF model of encouragement and considering rolling and pitching three DOF model of torsional vibration.On the basis of modeling, the two DOF model of PID control and fuzzy control were established. The simulation results showed that PID control had obvious effect to the inhibition of powertrain amplitude under the condition of the steady state, but there will be a shock to the transient simulation; Fuzzy control needs a lot of engineering experience, in this paper, fuzzy control rules was studied to inhibit powertrain vibration amplitude as far as possible, the result of simulation showed that fuzzy control can effectively reduce the amplitude of the engine transient process while not affect the transfer rate.
