Global economic growth has brought great energy demand, traditional energysupply is difficult to meet the demands and it will cause haze and otherenvironmental issues. Looking for a new environmentally friendly and high-qualityenergy has become a hot topic of energy research. Wind energy is widespread innature, and because of its advantage that it is renewable, with no pollution and greatcontent,wind power has been accepted and attracted great attention. As China is vastin territory, with a superior geographical location, the wind power is very huge andmany wind power generation plants has been established.Motor type wind power systems installed, double-fed induction motors (DoublyFed Induction Generator, referred DFIG) has a power adjustable and variable speedconstant frequency operation and other advantages, it has become one of themainstream models.In this paper, the simplified model in two-phase rotating coordinate system isconcluded according to the analysis of the mathematical model of doubly fedinduction generator and coordinate transformation. Analysis the ability to achievemaximum wind turbines track, and based on the physical model of wind turbine,calculating the control system with the target of maximum wind power tracking. Topost double-fed induction wind turbines-DC-AC converter theoretical analysis,choosing different control strategies to decoupling of active and reactive power andto achieve maximum wind power tracking operation.Models of wind turbine, motor and the control system were conducted byMatlab/Simulink software for doubly fed wind power generation system, and carriedon the simulation analysis. By anglicizing of the simulation results, this controlstrategy can realize the active power, reactive power decoupled control well, changesthe reference value to adopt the change of wind speed to achieve maximum windenergy tracking. The control strategy can quickly take the in response, the dynamic reactive power control system of voltage fluctuation; reduce the influence on thestable operation of the system. In the case of voltage fluctuations, the control strategyadopted in this article can respond quickly in reactive power controlling, reduce theinfluence on the stability of the system caused by the voltage fluctuation.
