With the high speed development of equipment manufacturing industry inour country, the demand for bearing more and more big, of course put forwardhigher request to the character of the bearing. The grinding burn is bearing ringgrinding process often appear a kind of surface defect, will seriously affect thetechnical specifications of the bearing. The grinding burn detection, as one ofthe most important aspects of the production process, use of high precision, highefficiency, high degree of automation and specialization of production testingequipment, which can effectively improve the level of automation level ofbearing production process and equipment, to ensure product performance,quality and precision plays an important role. The grinding burn of traditionaldetection methods such as acid corrosion, etc., can’t guarantee the quality of theeach bearing.This article will focus on this problem, proposes the newnondestructive testing method, based on the Barkhausen effect of testing method,nondestructive and accurate and reliable to wear coating, can undertake largefast quantitative detection, more ferromagnetic materials are used to assess,grain size, microstructure, stress fatigue condition.This article will introduce the physical change and the damage in thebearing surface after grinding burn.This paper expounds the Barkhausen effect,and from the perspective of the magnetization of the magnetic domainelectromagnetics, theoretical knowledge, the nature of the Magnetic Barkhausennoise and the produced process make some necessary instructions, andintroduces the mechanism of grinding burn detection based on the Barkhauseneffect, simple introduction to the various factors influencing the Magnetic Barkhausen noise, including excitation signal, measured materials andenvironmental temperature, etc., homemade the Magnetic Barkhausen noisesensor, design based on the Barkhausen effect bearing collar of grinding burndetection system, and detailed introduction of it software and hardwaredesign.Finally research bearing ring grinding burn test system of calibrationproblems, solution is scaling, namely whether accurately find out the boundaryvalue of the burn. In the process of calibration, studied sample productionmethod, the current existing burned several simulation methods, finally it isconcluded that the laser burn this convenient and controllable method tosimulate the grinding burns. Given different degree burns sample piece ofjudgment whether qualified. The method of study to determine the bestMagnetizing voltage: single sample method and double sample method.Andanalysis two calibration methods analysis-pickling method and regressionanalysis method (including one yuan and multivariate regression analysis) theadvantages and disadvantages. For grinding burn to provide some valuablereference to the research on nondestructive testing.
