With the development of mobile Internet, big data and the rapid development ofcloud computing, communications industry promotes the development of societyand changes our life. With the widespread of4G networks, more and morepeople rely on the convenience of the network, so the stability of communicationnetwork is much higher than before and the real-time capability needs higherrequirements. Communication power supply is the stable operation of thecommunication system security, the reliability draws much more attention ofindusty, the old communication power supply technology is hard to keep up with thepace of development of communication industry, communication powersupply needs high efficiency, high power density, intelligence to meet the needs ofthe development of the communication industry.In this dissertation, a half bridge LLC resonant type communication powersupply is designed, using for communication equipment, the communication powersupply has two stage structure, PFC+LLC structure. Active power factorcorrection circuit use boost converter as the main topology, the circuit worksin continuous current mode, the communication power supply can achieve highpower factor, and reduces the input current. The second stage is half bridge LLCresonant converter, according to the theory,calculate the circuit impedance, ratio ofresonant inductance and quality factor, finally get the transferfunction, using design of resonant circuit to stabilize the output voltage. Finally, thecommunication power supply of360W is made, the input voltage range from85Vto264V, the output voltage is56V, rated output current is6.45A. The communication power supply is tested, electrical performance test,temperature text, white box test and so on, the experimental waveforms andexperimental data are recorded.Finally, the experimental waveforms and data result analysis is carried out, the measured power efficiency, precision of voltage, ripple voltage and otherindicators all meet the design specification requirements, completed the design ofcommunication power supply, to verify the feasibility of the theory.
