The Research Of Emissions Control Technologies For New Type Diesel Passenger Vehicles

In the circumstances of implementing National IV Emission Standard comprehensivelyand the limit of6.9L fuel consumption in China, it’s an effective way for automobileenterprises to take measures of some passenger cars carrying diesel engines with emissionstandard and better economy to reduce the overall average fuel consumption. Therefore, it’snecessary to do some research on new emission control technology for passenger car withdiesel engine, which include analyzing operation for passenger car NEDC cycle testing,givingoptimization in diesel engine emission control,and then presenting an economically viableemission route(EGR+DOUBLE DOC) to meet National IV Emission Standard. This researchwould provide good references for the practical application of small bore high speed dieselengines in National IV Emission Standard passenger car market.This paper focuses on the emission researching for the passenger cars with new typesmall displacement high speed diesel engines. The main contents are as following:1.Proves the effectiveness and challenge of this project emissions regulations technicalroute through researching the new type small displacement high speed diesel enginesemission regulation and the technical for emission control at home and abroad.2.Through software the testing points are calculated, and the optimization of emissions isverified on bench simulation test and the Roler bench has taken.3.Firstly, analyze the key points that affect the Roler bench; secondly, give specificoptimization for the interior and external purification by using the software ISACand NEDC test. Lastly, verify the improvement；4.Research the options for the target vehicle emission rout to be engineering.
