Compressor is a kind of the machine which compressed low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas and transported out. It has an important position in the industrial production with complex structure and high reliability requirements. As one of the most critical parts of piston compressor crankshaft, the crankshaft fatigue broken causes the compressor damage from time to time. Therefore, it has the vital significance to the crankshaft characteristic study and computer simulation, this paper takes ZW-0.8/10-16type reciprocating compressor as research object, the main research work is as follows:(1) Kinematics and dynamics modeling of the crankshaft:according to the working principle of the piston type compressor and the kinematics of the crank and connecting between the displacement, velocity,acceleration of crankshaft and crank angle.Then it obtained the dynamic relationship between the crank、connecting rod and piston after the stress analysis.It provide basis for subsequent analysis of kinematics and dynamics.(2) Crankshaft thedynamics simulation and durability analysis:the. crank connecting rod mechanism model was introduced into the ADAMS to establish the dynamic model. It obtained the dynamic characteristics of crankshaft, and the crank connecting rod mechanism of durability analysis by thedynamics and kinematics simulation analysis which lay a foundation for the subsequent fatigue analysis.(3) The overall three-dimensional modeling of the crankshaft and finite element analysis:First, Solidworks crankshaft system model built into ANSYS to establish the finite element model of crankshaft and select the appropriate division of the grid on the crankshaft. Finally it obtained fatigue point of the crankshaft by its static analysis.(4) Suggestion and verification of the crankshaft optimization program: According to the results of static analysis of the crankshaft, it proposed design scheme optimization for the crankshaft fatigue failure, and the optimization scheme is verified.
