With the depletion of traditional energy, solar energy, wind energy and other new energy has been rapid development, gradually in the microgrid Chinese in power grid construction has become an important development projects, however the micro sourcegenerating process and power users have extensive use of power electronic devicesand nonlinear loads, to transport a large number of micro grid harmonic, consume a large amount of reactive power, thus the serious pollution of micro grid power quality. At the same time and pollution to the micro grid quality from the distribution network.In view of the above on micro grid power quality pollution, the public interface of maininverter, distribution network and Microgrid micro sources, and power qualitycompensation three aspects at the user end near conducts the research in view ofdesign. In order to design the active power quality device and electric power compensation system. In the micro grid and distribution network interface utility power quality conditioner, the double closed loop current control method, so that the public is connected with the three-phase voltage balance point; hand through the control of the micro source inverter, reasonable distribution of each micro source output, restricted within the microgrid circulation. On the other hand, set the inverter output filter parameters, control the output harmonic component; in the micro grid transmission lineinstalled electric power compensation system, harmonic on micro network governance, reactive power compensation.In this paper, the methods of detection of harmonic and reactive current. The real-timereactive current and harmonic detection, accuracy directly affects the active power compensation performance quality regulator and power quality compensation system,then through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of variousalgorithms, selected the best real-time detection algorithm based on the instantaneous reactive power theory as the detecting method of harmonic and reactive power system.This paper takes DSP as the control chip, design the hardware circuit of the system, the analysis of control circuit of main circuit, gives the system software flow chart of main parts. Finally a practical MTALAB on active power quality regulator and power qualitycompensation system modeling and simulation, to verify its feasibility. The simulation results show that the system can meet the requirement of reactive power and harmonic compensation and public power three-phase voltage balance.
