There has the important meaning of fuel gas pressure and the rule of changing verse timewhen an artillery gun fired for interior ballistic performance. In addition to the effects of theinterior ballistics performance, it also plays an important role for the design of artillery guns,projectiles, fuses, and propelling charge directly. So, in order to understand the propellantfeature of chamber combustion, provide the basis for setting all parameters of the productsbetter, we must take P-T measurement in the product design and testing. The paper designs abridge capacitance detection system via researching the shell and the capacitive pressuresensor integration of laboratory,the integrated manometer pressures some issues that themeasuring circuit occupies a large space, high cost resources, power consumption and so on.Effectively solving the problem of power consumption, noise, unstable circuit performance ofthe measuring circuit.In this paper, on the basis of calculation method of combining the theory and practice,under the background of compared simulation with experiment, carried out the followingresearches.First, Starting from the basic theory of internal ballistics, combined with thecharacteristics of capacitance sensor, the design of capacitive chamber pressure test isproposed;Second, the design of tiny capacitance transient test circuit is elaborated. Comprising asignal conditioning module, power management module, signal amplification module, dataacquisition and storage module. To achieve a sampling frequency, programmable trigger leveloperation;Third, This design clever use of the built-in single-chip op amps Act as part of theconstant voltage source circuit design, so that not only reduce the volume of the test system,but also provides a stable voltage source voltage for the subsequent circuit, using a bridge circuit design RC charge-discharge circuit, the symmetrical components filter out the samebranch; instrumentation amplifier design application intelligence, programmed by a gaininstrumentation amplifier increases the flexibility of multiple settings.Fourth, analyzes the static and dynamic calibration data to obtain its static and dynamiccharacteristics by Matlab and Mathcad.Analyzed the error of this kind of circuit structure, including the error of constant voltagesource circuit, the error of instrumentation amplifier circuit and interference factors ofdetection circuit, points out the sources of the error and put forward the improvementmeasures. Based on the reasonable design of circuit, improving the stability of the wholedetection system and the reliability of the data acquisition.
