Within the rapid development of economy, China’s railway gets into the "High-speed Rail Era". Due to its safe、fast、comfort, high-speed railway is becoming the public preferred way. When the high-speed train running at high speed, Doppler frequency shift generated by the mobile communication signal, using of high-speed railway’s larger penetration loss compartment closed, all of these become the-new challenges for the WCDMA wireless network. In order to ensure passenger’s ordinary communication quality, enhance the user’s perception, it is very necessary and urgent to do network frame optimization for high-speed railway.Firstly this paper introduces some basics theoretical of WCDMA wireless network structure optimization for high-speed railway. This paper introduces the propagation characteristics of radio wave in high-speed environment, and analyzes radio wave propagation model, and studies the influence of the Doppler effect for mobile communications, and illustrates the penetration loss of the high-speed train, as well as its relationship with the glancing angle, and then discusses the three kinds networking mode of WCDMA in high-speed railway environment:public network mode, special network mode, public and special network joint mode, and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Then this paper mainly analyzes and researches the optimization of WCDMA wireless network frame for high-speed railway. This paper proposes a solutions to the impact of multi-RRU cell merged technology to communication which usually used in WCDMA wireless network for high-speed railway. It gives the optimum values range of the base station spacing and the vertical distance to the tracks, by calculating the minimum overlap distance, analyzing the link budget and measurement results of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line. Because our country has a large area, complex terrain features, and high-speed train line go through a variety of terrain, a long way, then this paper gives a few suggestions to network structure of tunnels, bridges, railway stations and other special scene high-speed train passing.Finally, this paper proposes a general network optimization process combining the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway wireless network, and gives some optimization instances of WCDMA wireless network frame for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway:optimizing of base station spacing, optimizing of the vertical distance to the tracks, optimizing of antennas unreasonable. This research has a strong guiding significance for the practical work.
