With the development of electronics and communication technology, the security of communication interface is increasingly necessary in the industrial field. Especially, CRH makes great progress in recent years, where lots of message exchange is involved with train operation and control. For the sake of security, communication system of train becomes a significant aspect. In fact, railway signaling system contains a variety of safe equipment, such as TCC, CI, and RBC. They exchange data with reliable communication interface. Therefore, the implementation of secure interface could get high value in application.Based on the ARM, this article designed a secure communication interface with the combination of CAN bus and RSSP-I protocol. By means of high-performance processor and reliable bus, the interface guarantees the safety of communication between devices. Firstly, research on multiple aspects is done, including analysis of system model, selection of components, and supporting of safe protocol. Secondly, it is highly emphasized on integration from hardware to software to get an optimal system. Finally, system debugging and testing are made in two ways to prove the security of this communication interface.This article describes the whole process about designing the secure communication interface, including system analysis, components selection, hardware and software design, and debugging and testing. That provides a reference for transmission of critical information.
