With the more urgent to improve traffic safety and the development of wireless communication technologies,vehicular network have drawn more and more attention. Vehicular network aims providing a more safe and comfortable driving experience for the driver, by exchange safety related messages within vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure as well as provide services by accessing Internet.Due to the message transmitted in vehicular network is safety related, there have strict requirements on quality of service (QoS) and the reliability of wireless communication. And in the research of QoS and communication reliability, it has to solve the bottleneck problem of the extreme low end-to-end delay and wireless spectrum resources. To solve these problems, the paper researches the access scheme in control channel and performance optimization in cognitive cooperation vehicular network. It is in part supported by Special Funding for Beijing Common Construction Project and Postgraduate Innovation Fund of SICE BUPT2013. The main contents are issued as follows:1. To guarantee the access delay of control channel in distributed contention, we discuss the access scheme in vehicular network. With consider the interval alternation in multichannel operation of vehicular networking, the research uses remaining lifetime to control access contention, proposes a delay-aware access scheme in control channel. The simulation shows the proposed scheme can improve the performance of access delay with a minimum enhancement of12%while guarantee the same access ratio.2. With the shortage of spectrum resources, the research explore more spectrum and improve spectrum efficiency by cognitive cooperation technologies. In cognitive cooperation vehicular network, the selection scheme of cooperation relay is closely related to the performance of cooperation. So, the paper proposes an energy efficiency relay scheduling scheme, through solving the optimization problem of maximizing energy efficiency in single link. Then in multilink situation, the paper proposes a relay scheduling scheme to optimize the network throughput by analysis interference constraints. The simulation result shows the proposed two scheduling schemes can effectively improve the energy efficiency in single link and throughout in multilink.
