Existing engineering examples show that the coastal and offshore areas of reinforced concrete structure often cause steel corrosion due to chloride ion erosion, resulting in cracking of the structure, the durability of structure is lost in the distance of structure design, the concrete structure of water immersion zone in the long-term load and chlorine salt immersion environment, and the concrete structure of tidal and splash zone in under the load and dry wet alternate chloride environment, the concrete structure is usually crack state, accelerating the erosion of chloride ions to steel, which leads to deterioration of concrete structures. So the deterioration research of concrete structures under the condition of continuous load and chloride corrosion is the important direction of concrete durability. In this paper study the long-term performance of the reinforced concrete structures under the normal use phase of the chloride environment, the main work is:1. A long-term performance test of RC beams under different load levels is carried out by a self-designed loading balancing-chlorine salt corrosion coupling test device. At360day trial period, study the beam of the long-term development rule of deflection and crack development rules under load and chloride ion interaction by recording the deflection of the beam and the tension change of concrete cracks.2. the residual bearing capacity of the beams was studied after120d,240d and360d coupling test, the variation of the residual bearing capacity was studied with the corrosion time.3. Collecting sampling of the crack in the tension zone of the beam and the concrete of non crack zone after the bearing capacity experiment, contenting free chloride in concrete, The diffusion law of chloride ions in crack and crack under continuous load is studied. The corrosion rate of the steel after the section of the Liang Chun bend is removed. Measurement the corrosion rate after removing the tension reinforcement, the relationship between the crack and the corrosion rate of steel bar is studied.
