The paper main goal is the analysis the cost of heating and electricity for reasonableformulation thermo price. Coal as the main energy materials cogeneration and district heating isthe main way of Northeast and North China’s current offer and heat. At present, the mainemphasis on the way the central heating boiler room area. Under the national economy and raisethe level of good prospects, the state and the general public concern for the environment, moreand more attention. In recent years, China’s total installed capacity of cogeneration unitsaccounted for the proportion increased year by year, so the analysis of the economic significanceof major cogeneration.Introduced the thermal electricity payment proportional to production basicconcept and the thermal power plant main thermo-economic index, and have analyzedthe thermal electricity payment proportional to production efficiency with the hotmeasure. The status quo, prospects cogeneration analyzed, while the pros and cons ofthe current thermoelectric supply a detailed summary of the way. The article alsofocuses on the basic concepts and the main heat cogeneration economic indicatorsand analyzes the economics of cogeneration with heat and power law method, obtainthe applicable conditions of cogeneration. After a detailed analysis of the CHP, theestablishment of a standard power energy system metrics evaluation model. Thismethod can remove gaps and problems in the traditional way, which eliminates theevaluation process in the presence of artificial prescriptive, more objective indicatorsreflect the true cost of electricity power plant, the cost of electricity, heating steamextraction of different aspects of the economy. Finally, this study is based on the totalenergy system, discusses the applicable conditions of cogeneration.
