Piston concrete pumping system is widely used in concrete pumping machinearea, which is driven by double-piston pumping cylinders and realizes concretesucking and pumping switch by the reversing of distributing valve. The mostimportant performance index of the machine is pumping efficiency. However, there islack of depth analysis and test data of the pumping efficiency and its influence factorsin this area currently. So it has significant meanings to conduct analysis andpromotion research of these factors on machine’s working efficiency and energysaving.In concrete pumping machinery as research subjects, this paper studies thepumping efficiency and its factors, checks simulation model and verifies the analysisconclusion through simulation and bench test. Firstly, the paper conducted modelingand simulation of concrete pumping machinery hydraulic systems, structural elementsand send load based on theoretical analysis and virtual simulation platform, thenchecked the parameters of the simulation model based on related data of structure unitdimension, element test, system test and load test, and furthe r optimize the simulationmodel. Secondly, the article analyzed relevant characteristics of the pumping systemin-depth, proposed the influence factors of pumping efficiency in accordance with theoptimized simulation models. At last, dedicated test platform is set up and pumpingefficiency experiment is carried on according to the simulation result. In this way, theinfluence factors of affect the pumping efficiency is obtained, and the optimizationmeasures and application solutions is put forward.
