Now the problem of china’s urban water security issues are serious, and the water supply network also bursts. In order to reduce the leakage, Establishing leakage diagnosis model and pressure control model are necessary. Pipeline leakage model is the foundation of leakage diagnosis model and pressure control model, so it is necessary to discuss the pipeline leakage model.This article uses Model experiment to research the flow condition of pipeline in Leakage condition, analyze the relationship of leakage and pipe flow velocity, pressure etc. The results show that the leakage is related to flow velocity, pressure, leak area and shape, and the leakage decreases linearly with the velocity increasing.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and experimental analysis, this article establishes two kinds of leakage models, that is leakage model Ⅰ and leakage model Ⅱ, and gets the oval leak leakage model Ⅰ and model Ⅱ. Test results show that model values are in good agreement with the experimental data.Using the CFD model to research the flow condition of pipeline in Leakage condition, and compare the simulation results with the experimental results. On the one hand, test the accuracy of experimental results; on the other hand, explore a new method of pipeline leak flow research. The results show that the leak area is large (Leakage area ratio ka is greater than20%), the two small deviations; the leak area is small, the two large deviations. Because if the leak area is small, the experimental results is affected by the viscous force、surface tension and leak cutting errors. In addition, the results show that the CFD simulations can be used to study the actual water supply pipeline leakage.
