Diagnostic Expert System For Landing Gear System Of Aircraft Based On CLIPS

Expert system is one of the most widely used methods in artificial intelligence field, in view of landing gear system directly affects the performance of aircraft taking off, landing as well as the fault of landing gear system, the diagnostic expert system for landing gear system of aircraft based on CLIPS(C Language Integrated Production System) has been developed.With regard to the problem of aircraft landing gear system failures which have serious impact on the normal operation and flight safety risks of the aircraft, it collect the common malfunctions and construct the basic structure of expert system uses forward and backward chaining model, combined with the fault tree diagnosis knowledge and AHP analysis as well as finite element analysis. The overall structure of the aircraft landing gear system fault diagnosis expert system was studied and designed, based on the principle of expert system for landing gear system fault diagnosis expert system. It is mainly divided into man-machine interface, knowledge base module and reasoning machine module and so on, then describes the function of each module and its realization. Through the analysis of the landing gear fault analysis and the fault tree, developing landing gear system fault diagnosis expert system. Through the connection of fault tree analysis and expert system, researching knowledge base and reasoning machine of fault diagnosis expert system based on CLIPS by using the rules of reasoning method of forward and backward reasoning combines layer by layer the fault tree search for acquisition of diagnostic reasoning of fault symptom. It is constructed that the interface and research software interface technology are embed CLIPS into Visual C++, As a result, in the fault character, the expert system can diagnose the fault reason.
