Security and efficiency has always been the focus of research content in railway. In order toguarantee the security of high-speed train and improve the transport efficiency at the same time,we need to adopt train control system of high performance and high reliability. For thesubsystem of train control system-Automatic Train Protection system (ATP), speed and positionof the train is one of the basic and important information. Early positioning methods alreadycan’t satisfy the precision requirement of speed and position information in high speed. How toprovide more precise positioning information had become the most important problem to theresearch of train positioning system.The paper is combining with dynamic simulation test of train control system, and putsforward an integrated positioning system that original location technology are combined toimprove the positioning accuracy. The paper probes into the research, design and implementationof integrated positioning system in detail. The integrated positioning system is comprised ofDGPS (differential GPS), Balise and ODO, it can carry out information fusion of differentpositioning subsystems. The information sharing factor decided weights of positioninginformation from different sensors in the integrated positioning system, so it can take advantageof various positioning technology. In order to prevent all kinds of mistakes in the process ofwireless transmission, the paper puts forward the train position updating algorithm to achievereal-time synchronization of virtual train and real train.The paper analyses the structure of integrated positioning system, software/hardwaredesign and implementation, key algorithms. We carry out system-level test through the test casesof the CTCS-3train control system simulation, the test results show that the integratedpositioning system meet the needs of dynamic simulation test, and plays an important role inhigh-speed train control system simulation in national engineering laboratory.
