Various conditions can affect the dynamic characteristics of soil, mainly i nclude:dynamic stress amplitude, confining pressure, consolidation ratio, vibrati on frequency, cycle times and saturation, etc. Also, different types of soil samp les, different sample loading, stress path, the particle concentration and some ot her factors may also affect the dynamic characteristics of soil. We use TAJ-20dynamic triaxial text facility to text the dynamic characteristics of Qiantang sa nd and then analyze the relationship between accumulated deformation and Cyc le time of vibration. Then we can figure out the relation curve of Dynamic m odulus and dynamic strain. The roadbeds of saturated soft soil sediment after running is the trouble for many years, so that the scientists and technicians have taken a large number of test, but results show that the saturated soil does not occur significant cumulative strain after many undrained cyclic loading. Therefore, the drainage of consolidation settlement on the subgrade of saturated soft soil in traffic loading should not be ignored. In the studies on dynamic issue of porous medium the integral transformations are used, namely the control equation is transformed in frequency domain and wave number space to solve, it is very difficult to consider drainage, so that the dynamic triaxial test is not in drainage. Today the dynamic projects are increase rapidly, make a number questions needs to be considered drainage. Using ui-p solutions of Biot dynamic equation decoupling dilational wave, associated Somigliana’s representation integration with drainage, we are able to complete calculating dynamic response of saturated soil with drainage. These results can also be confirmed in the experiment. This paper is described about the dynamic property of saturated soil with drainage in dynamic triaxial test, as well as shown comparison of the numerical solutions of flux drainage and measuring results in triaxial test. The theory of deviation analysis can reveal that the performance on computation by Somigliana’s integration with drainage is trusted.
