The rail fastener is an essential part of the railway track structure,despite it has a small size, its proper functioning or not directly determine the safety of the railway running.It is the connection between the rails and sleepers, can effectively prevent the creeping of the rail, to ensure the stability of the rail. China PDL and heavy haul railway is booming, With the development of railway high-speed and specificity, the safety performance of the rail fastener has been paid more and more attention. The function of fastener depends mainly on the force of the baffle and Elastic to rail.The baffle also needs the pressure of fastener to be fixed,so in the final analysis the pressure of fastener is the most important one of fasteners role.As tracks the long-term used, the fastener will be loosen.Prior to being assessed by the naked eye, these pressure of loose fastener has been beyond its normal role of standards,can not prevent the location of the tracks offset or even lead to the railway accident.Railway safety is no small matter, the railway accident can cause economic damage to property at least, even casualties.Therefore, the maintenance and testing of the fastener must become an important item of track maintenance.This article introduces a rapid detection instrument for detecting the type Ⅱ fastener pressure.The fastener pressure detector is composed by the mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and sensor detection system.use of force transfer method to shift the pressure of fastener to detection device.Collect the data of the transfer of pressure through the sensor, compared with the standard deduction pressure to determine the eligibility of the force of the fastener rail need to be adjusted.The instrument’s mechanical systems include the frame body, fixtures and positioning device.Design the special fixture for the type Ⅱ fastener,the fixture can clamp rapidly, and ensure that the fastener does not fall off the detection process.Positioning device bases on the contour of rail to locate and prevent the force of the fastener role in the testing instruments uneven distribution caused by the deviation of test results.The hydraulic system uses a simple closed system,it is used to provide the necessary force to the rail fastening in order to achieve the transfer of force.Sensor system fuses the collected information by the linear displacement sensor and pressure sensor, and judges the transferred pressure the location of the critical point,in order to measure pressure of the fastener.This instrument applies to testing the pressure of the type Ⅱ fastener pressure, it has broad prospect of application.Meanwhile, this paper put forward by the force transfer method to measure the pressure of the fastener,it has some inspiring to the developing other types of fastening pressure testing instruments.
