With the increasing depletion of the world’s energy, countries are increasingly concerned about energyconservation, waste heat is called "secondary energy industry," China’s current waste heat resources arevery rich, enterprise generate a lot of heat and pressure in production, if the direct emissions of atmosphericin, will not pollute the environment, but also cause serious waste of resources. Countries are stepping upresearch in heat recovery technology.In the petrochemical industry, waste heat resources are very rich, the devices generate a lot ofbusiness high-temperature gas in production, and there is a high use value high temperature flue gas, wasteheat recovery boilers using various types of waste heat utilization of primary energy resources is toimprove an important tool.CO waste heat boiler is FCCU important energy conversion devices, the impactof safe and economic operation of the entire device plays a connecting role in the system, which iscurrently the recovery efficiency of the flue gas is not high, how to further improve the performance of thewaste heat boiler, fully tap the potential of waste heat recovery, is an issue of widespread concern for eachrefinery.In this paper, the structure of the form Qingdao Refining&Chemical Co., AmpangQ84/900-31-3.82/450Complementing existing FCCU CO combustion waste heat boiler problems arise inthe operation of various data records, CO waste heat boiler and work characteristics did do a detailedanalysis, but also draws on the experience of other refineries in the boiler in reference to the large numberof relevant domestic boiler design and renovation of references. Again, based on the waste heat boilerfurnace gas mixing chamber wind structure proposed improvements. Increased diversion annular groove,and designed wind cone type air mixing chamber structure and parabolic type a ir air mixing chamberstructure of the program, with the air temperature flue gas containing CO ingredients cut into the annulargroove diversion, and mixed in the furnace to indoor forming swirling speed, so as to form a stablecombustion, and were using FLUENT software furnace gas chamber after the transformation of windmixing fluid flow field numerical simulation analysis showed that the parabolic structure better.By commissioning tests showed that after the transformation of the parabolic type furnace gas mixingchamber structure swirling wind better, smoke wind mixing, combustion, CO waste heat boiler furnacetemperature fluctuations stabilize sensitive point, there was no significant beating, and the furnacetemperature compared with the previous transformation, has increased, the device can be effectivelyrecycled flue gas temperature, reducing heat loss, reduce production costs, with good economic and socialbenefits.
