In thispaper, through the study of general embedded system design principles and designmethods, especially the embedded hardware system design method, design thehardware part of the tax-controlled tills.First of all, to ensure the machine function and the market demand is analyzed,based on the results of the analysis of the whole system adopts modular design concept;Then, the core mechanism in the structure of system module in detail design, on thebasis of using S3C2410chip as the processor, a keyboard and display module, printmodule, tax-control module, Extension and communication module and power module.In the hardware design of each module considers the effect of electromagneticinterference, coupled with the electromagnetic anti-interference circuit. And useProtel99SE software gives the principle diagram of the corresponding module. Finally,the software of the tax-controlled tills to carry on the design, according to the function modules of the tax-controlled tills, proposed the tax-controlled tills softwareinfrastructure. And on the basis of software architecture, the introduction ofmodularization and hierarchical structure, the method of combining softwareimplementation the tax-controlled tills hierarchical design and software flow design,through the introduction of the hardware driver layer of tax-controlled tills design andrealization of burning system software program, complete the tax-controlled tillssystem design.
