China’s energy efficiency level is low, the amount of energy consumed per unit of GDPproduced high per million dollars of GDP energy consumption is4to5times that of Germany,is about eight times in Japan. GSHP as renewable energy in21st century has been a highpriority, building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of social terminals, andbuilding energy efficiency is an important part of "energy saving" the whole society.There are many kinds of types of ground source heat pump system, Including soil sourceheat pump, the surface water source heat pump, the underground water source heat pump, thesurface sewage-source heat pump, etc. By the end of2011, China has reached240millionsquare meters ground source heat pump application area, But practical application has manyproblems, such as many theories are studying stage, cannot be applied to practical projectsand so on.Ground source heat pump as the21st century renewable energy, received a high degree ofattention. Our country produces per unit of GDP consumed high amount of energy. Buildingenergy efficiency is an important part of the whole society "energy conservation and emissionreduction". This paper introduces the current domestic ground source heat pump evaluationmethod and the calculation methods of development situation, analyses the characteristics ofthe application of ground source heat pump system, for ground source heat pump system inthe actual operation efficiency of ground-source heat pump system level analysis, through theactual working condition of ground source heat pump units and the system of measurementanalysis, find the key to affect the system and the unit efficiency operation parameters, andconcluded the function relation between them, and through the TRNSYS to modeling oftypical working condition of ground source heat pump, and make sure that under the model ofenergy efficiency value, model of energy efficiency level for validation.For the next step in the actual project evaluation index of soil source heat pump system laysthe foundation, but still needs further optimization model, basic data also should be enrichedwith the increasing of number of items, improve the accuracy of the model, thus moreaccurate reflection of the actual operation of the ground-source heat pump system.
