At present, the waste of energy use in heating system is very serious. In to solve the sparseness of large energy consumption of the traditional distribution network and improve the efficiency of heating pipe network distribution and the heating quality and achieve variable flow heating system running, temperature control, heat metering.etc, this paper investigate the characteristics of expanding type heating network.This paper analyzes the structure of heating pipe network systems:traditional heating system, distributed heating system, expanding type heating system; study expanding type heating system cycle pump design method; present the short and long term to replace the water pump problem of the heat transfer station; summarize constant pressure heating systems, and make the design of constant pressure to large-scale expansion of heating system-constant pressure bypass pipe. At last, the thermal efficiency saving and energy-saving benefits of the expansion heating system was analyzed, the result shows that effectiveness of energy-saving is much better than thermal efficiency-saving.On the basis of hydraulic divider internal structure and working principle, this paper represents the exergy analysis of the hydraulic divider, the result shows that the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of hydraulic flow divider is better; this paper also analysis three conditions for internal flow field of Hydraulic divider,it proved that the internal hydraulic flow divider is better. In this paper the dynamic simulation of traditional heating system and expanding heating system is analyzed using HACNET software, it proved that hydraulic stability of the expanding heating system is better.On the basis of the economy than traditional heating system based on the model developed to solve the friction heat supply systems seek to expand economic conversion than the annual cost of friction mathematical model, And conducted a series of simplified network backbone is no longer a single variable than the friction, the friction rather than the individual pipe sections are variable, each branch than friction are also variable. Using MATLAB software, the smallest diameter of drawn heating network in the city’s smallest diameter discounted fee is obtained. Finally, optimized diameter can be obtained by economical reverse friction.The causes and estimate the loss of water heating pipe network dehydration is analyzed, calculating energy loss using double dehydration energy loss. Finally this paper put forward a new drainage device to solve the problem of water loss in heating system.
