Research On The Design Strategy Of Office Building In Science And Technology Park Based On The Office Park Pattern

With the rise of world economic development and international competition, thedevelopment of high-tech industry and the science and technology park has been setting off anew upsurge. The technology park has become one of the best witness and the carrier oftechnology and talents competition between regions and nations. It has evolved into the thirdgeneration called "low carbon ecological technology park". Based on the current related theoryof technology park that puts a high value on macroscopic view of park planning, slight view ofarchitecture design, the author will do the research on the main innovation space namelyscience and technology park office building from the view of architectural design under theguidance of office park pattern.This thesis is discussing the new technology park office building as the research objectbased on the office park pattern as the theoretical foundation. Firstly, It analyzes the definitionand characteristics of the technology park office building and the office park pattern,summarizing the design ideas and the tendency of the office park in the present. Secondly,based on the research of historical background, surrounding environment and functionalbehavior in the technology park office building, the author uses the selective design strategiesderived from the office park pattern to solve the overall and the space design, includingecological and cultural overall design strategies and a series of functional space designstrategies. Finally, the thesis combines with the project which the author participatedin--Nanking kylin science and technology park design as a practical application based on theformer research on the theory, to be the first step of organic combination of theory andpractice.In the whole thesis, it takes the literature research, field research, case study and theanalysis of project practice as the research techniques, supporting by the theory of architectureand planning, guiding by the office park pattern to put forward some possible methods andstrategies that are applied to the science and technology park office building in the practicalconstruction. It also forecast the development of technology park office building, so as toprovide some reference for the following research and design practice in the future.
