The environment-friendly Fuel cell attract much attention from people,because of the resources crisis of fossil fuel and environmental pollution from fossil fuel. And the research of PEMFC has become a popular issue since a few years ago. The sulfonated Exchange proton membrane was selected as the solid electrolyte for PEMFC, and chemical energy was translated into electric energy[1].It has many advantages without carnot cycle limit, such as high efficiency, environmental friendly, quick start at room temperature, high power density and so on. It could be widely used as first-selected electric power device for future moved power device and fixed power sources. What is more, it also can be applied into car field, aerospace, diving and so on. The practical application of PEMFC and commercialization are rapid global warming, has become the investment hot spots of general investors. With research in PEMFC being deep step by step, various problem appears. And among of them longevity, cost and hydrogen source were deadly problems for solving. At the present, PEMFC is limited in commercial developping because of platinum lost in cathode and high polarization potential, then more researches is needed to apply into performance of the oxygen electrode and catalyst for cathode lost. Recently, many research come up about two aspects:on one other, the adverse conditions or reduce the time of the adverse conditions existing is avoided through the optimization of system and control strategy, achieving the goal of slow attenuation, but system may be relatively complex, need to add the necessary sensors, actuators, and the corresponding control unit, etc. On the other, to support the development of new materials, when the technology can resist various commercial use and harsh conditions of mature new materials technology, the system can be further simplified on the basis of the new material and prolong the life of the fuel cell.In the field of fuel cell, The cathode electric catalyst is carbon-platinum catalyst in PEMFC. Compared with the traditional carbon black,MECNTs become a new type of electric catalyst carrier, because of high electrochemical specific surface area and excellent electrical conduction.In this paper, carbon nanotubes carrying Pt-Co(Pt-Co/C electric nanocatalyst was prepared by direct reduction of H2PtC16. The electric catalytic behavior of hydrogen oxidation and oxygen reduction were studied, MEA was manufactured under the condition of magnetic field and magnetic field. Then whether the electrode became ordering was investigated in magnetic field.Tests of cyclic voltammograms showed that the performance of the electrode had relatively obvious improvition for the addition of magnetic field, the scan electron microscopy (SEM) test also preliminary illustrates the addition of the magnetic field can make electrode simple macro ordered.
