Modern society is a information society, more and more dependent on informationtechnology, industrial production based on microprocessor control precision processingmore sensitive to interference from the power grid, which requires power supply, whichis the basis for information to be reliable and stable. At the same time, a lot of powerelectronic devices, nonlinear load in use and fault in power system become the mainsource of pollution in power grid, the power quality problem has become a researchhotspot. Studies have shown that83%of the power quality problem for the voltage dropproblem, therefore, as the most economic, most effective solution to the problem ofvoltage sags, much attention has been paid to dynamic voltage restorer is and have madegreat progress. In this paper the dynamic voltage restorer mainly studies the followingaspects:First,the leakage reactance of the compensation transformer in Dynamic VoltageRestorer (DVR) has no corresponding national standards. The paper proposed theleakage inductance of the transformer and the LC filter at the arm side composed of LCLfilter. According to the design requirements of LCL filter, to determine the transformerleakage inductance and impedance voltage drop, the paper analysis parameter selectionprinciples of LCL filter combined with the characteristics of DVR.Second, on the basis of the above analysis, from the point of view of economy, energyconservation and Angle change ratio and compensation transformer is analysed. Therelationship between the system parameter, put forward the compensation transformer theselect principle of variable ratio and system parameters on the dc side voltage allowedunder the premise of improve compensation transformer can change than in the guarantee of DVR compensating capability at the same time reduce the unit cost.Build MATLABsimulation model and the prototype system to verify the DVR compensation transformerratio and the inner link of system parameters.Third, in view of the energy storage device is not controlled rectifier dynamic voltagerestorer of the power grid harmonic pollution problem, put forward before theuncontrolled rectifier parallel double tuned filter to filter out harmonic, reduce theharmonic pollution of energy storage device to the power grid, and introduces in detailthe design principle of double tuned filter parameters.Finally, based on the simulation platform structure of the circuit and main circuitparameters, set up the experimental prototype circuit, for further verification,experiments show that constructed by the prototype model and control strategy is correctand effective.
