Nuclear power is an alternative energy safe, economical and clean. With the dramatic increase in energy requirements of the world, nuclear power has become an important energy industry. In recent decades, many countries around the world to build a nuclear power plant, about27countries and regions with nuclear power plants. Nuclear power plants have been built and run up to423. Currently under construction around the world have10nuclear power plants, the proposed nuclear power plant73,423plus runs, a total of569. It is estimated that in2000nuclear power plants account for about45%of the world’s total electricity generation. Level of development of nuclear power represents the ability of a country’s peaceful use of nuclear energy and the level of technological innovation. Although the proportion of the total generating capacity of nuclear power is not high, but the scale of the construction and planning of nuclear power is the largest in the world. In the course of development of China’s nuclear power industry in France and the United States to introduce technology-based, the level of domestic nuclear power equipment and technology is not high, the technical capacity of key equipment and key aspects need to be further improved, otherwise it will affect China’s nuclear power industry as a whole the strength of the formation, restricting its standardization, industrialization, large-scale development. RPV (Reactor Pressure Vessel) is a nuclear reactor core and placed under enormous pressure to run a sealed container, also known as the reactor pressure vessel. In a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant, in the RPV placed inside the core, core support structures, control rods and other components directly connected with the core is an important component related to reactor safety and longevity.In this paper, the relevant data, using ANSYS software to the larger point head, cylinder, interfaces, such as fatigue factor on the main bolt RPV mechanics, thermal studies.
