With the rising of high-speed train running speed, and the increasing of people’s requirement about train comfort, the research of high-speed train interior noise is becoming more and more important. Based on research of excitation noise sources on the high-speed train’s surface, high-speed train interior noise prediction model was established to predict the interior noise of the cab and tourist cabin by using statistical energy analysis, and the results were compared with vehicle test-Finally, by virtual simulation technology, sound-absorbing material was added in the high-speed train, and acoustic performance was predicted and analyzed after optimizing sound package.In order to get excitation noise sources on the high-speed train’s surface in wheel-rail noise,coupled vehicle-track multibody dynamics model was established. Used by the US five-track spectrum, the mechanical properties between wheel and rail were analyzed at the speed of350km/h. In accordance with national standards track, three-dimensional finite element model of the non-ballasted track was built, and the frequency response of track was analyzed at the excitation of wheel-rail force. Finally, the body surface noise prediction model was built to analyze sound pressure distribution of body surface at the excitation of wheel-rail noise by using the coupled boundary element method.The external flow field characteristics of high-speed train was analyzed at the speed of350km/h The external flow field physical calculation CFD model of high-speed train was built. In the time domain, body surface fluctuating pressure of train was analyzed by using k-ε turbulence model and large eddy simulation at Ma=0.28. And observation points in the nose cone and front window area of the vehicle were set up to analyze the formation of the body surface fluctuating pressure. Then, the body surface noise prediction model was built to analyze body surface SPL at the excitation of aerodynamic noise by using acoustic calculation software.In building the model of high-speed train, acoustic insulation material was simplified in the form of STL such as windows, wooden floors. By Statistical energy method, body surface SPL at the excitation of wheel-rail noise and aerodynamic noise was applied respectively to the SEA model, and high-speed train noise prediction model was built. Through simulation, SPL of cab central and tourist cabin at a distance of1.2m from floor was got, and results were compared with the vehicle test to verify the accuracy of the prediction model. In the last, the high-speed train interior noise was effectively reduced by adding sound-absorbing material under the floor of train cab and tourist cabin.
