Steam induced draft fan in power, transportation, war industry, chemical industry, petroleum occupies very important position. The steam turbine rotor is key component. Large steam turbine rotor vibration mainly has the bending vibration and torsional vibration. Before people will always be this two vibration form to research, generally think that separated the two movement between not necessarily linked and mutual influence, and most of the research is to investigate the bending vibration. If the two sports apart to study, can from linearization to analyze them, formula is simple, clear thinking and easy to understand. But the actual situation is much more complex, these two kinds of vibration also exists in rotating machinery rotor and mutual coupling, simple from linear perspective is already far not applicable, must use the nonlinear dynamics to discussion and study. With the capacity of steam turbine unit is continuously increasing, and shaft constantly lengthen, torsional rigidity reduced, working time also is increasing, most will have quality rotor part eccentric phenomenon, makes the rotor shaft bending vibration and torsional vibration of the coupling effect obvious enhancement. Practice has proved, research bending-torsional coupling vibration can more fully understand the dynamics characteristics of shaft, will be largely beneficial to unit operation, and fault diagnosis.The rotor dynamics at home and abroad, is a very active discipline, it is the study with rotating machinery rotor and all relevant parts and structure, including the dynamic characteristics of dynamic response, vibration, strength, fatigue, stability, reliability, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis and control subjects.
