Based on the current needs of military struggle preparation, keeping the equipment readiness rate must improve the reliability of weapon. The present maintenance system of PLA is established on the reform of maintainability in the80’s, and the old tank repair system is sill used. Based on the large sample theory and experience, the present the old maintenance system considers the equipment as a whole research unit and ignores the failure mechanism which differs from component-to-component. Meanwhile, since the index parameters become fixed value after the maintainability demonstration, even though the equipment is improved on certain components. The parameter can not be renewed in time due to the lack of large sample data. Therefore the application of this system may lead to two different results as follows:some components may be over maintained while some may not be well maintained. Both of them can reduce the equipment battle effectiveness extremely. Tank maintenance and repair strategy optimization method of dynamic modeling study are put forward beyond this kind of demand.Maintainability is all important design feature of panzer equipment, which has direct impact on battle effectiveness. Maintainability dynamic modeling and maintenance strategy optimization is important contents of maintain engineering. A good maintainability model and maintain optimizing strategy can exert the maintenance resource sufficiently and boost the battle effectiveness of the tank.Based on a certain type of tank maintainability research project, this dissertation focuses on the type of tank maintainability dynamic modeling and maintenance strategy optimizing methods. Firstly, the tank repair strategy study method is introduced, and the classification principle and methods of panzer equipment’s subsystems are discussed, and the classical maintainability indexes are introduced. Then taking a certain type of tank overall failure rate function as an example, by traditional methods, the integration and system failure rate mathematical model of a certain type of tank are got. Then according to the Bayes theory, taking the overall mean time to repair of a certain type of tank as an example, based on small data, the dynamic modeling analysis of mean time to repair is got. Finally, abandoning the unreasonable hypothesis which takes the tank vehicle as the research object and regards repairing the old as new, the reduction factor is introduced, an optimizing model of minimum cost is established, and the optimum preventive maintenance cycle and maintenance optimizing strategy are worked out by Genetic Algorithm and Monte Carlo simulation. Through the simulation method, the best preventive repair cycle is got, and its effectiveness is verified. In theory it provides a set of repair strategy analysis method, is more reasonable to determine the preventive repair cycle, is not waste resources and can guarantee repair equipment.
