The distributed power generation technology plays an important role in environmental protection, improving the reliability of power supply and economic efficiency. However, the joint large-scale renewable power supply with distribution network brings a far-reaching influence in control and operation for traditional distribution network. Now, the distribution system is converted from a radiation-type to an inter-connected, this bi-power supply of multi-source distribution network exposed more and more problems in the process of running and managing, so the active distribution network technology arises at the historic moment.The optimal energy dispatch of active distribution network can be flexible in control schedulable unit of output, improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy and achieve economic and reliable operation of power grid, which is the decision center of the active power energy management system. In this paper, the key technical problems of the active distribution network optimization scheduling are studied, this paper construction a distribution network system model which accessing different types of distributed power, load level and the electric distance to divide area, the regional distribution network as the active power optimization scheduling control unit through PCC interactive power control, and put forward the regional distribution network based on multi-agent technology/active distribution network interactive scheduling mechanism, to realize active power distribution network optimized schedule. At the same time, study on uncertainty simulation method of intermittent renewable energy output, based on stochastic simulation processing prediction error, By the generation of vast quantities of output simulation data of different scenes, can in a sense of probability more close to the actual output, improve the reliability of the scheduling decision.Based on multi-agent technology/active distribution network interactive scheduling mechanism, this paper established the regional distribution network based on chance constrained programming mathematical model of economic operation makes every effort to meet all kinds of system reliability constraints, on the basis of which containing distributed power source to achieve economic benefit maximization. And using the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve economic dispatch model and practical system in a certain area as an example, Through comparing with the standard particle swarm optimization(SPSO), it is shown that the model is efficient and feasible. For the design of the active distribution network scheduling strategy, calculating voltage stability index(VSI)based on the existence of power flow, established an active distributed network optimization scheduling model to improve voltage stability, and to the distribution network operation and distributed power operation, the regional distribution network PCC upper and lower bounds of node scheduling power as constraint conditions, through the calculation of particle swarm optimization(PSO)before the final dispatch plan, the simulation results show that the energy by reasonable scheduling can be implement active distribution network voltage stability, improve the quality of power supply.
