Deployable mechanism of folded wings, the significant component of many types missileand is widely used in the modern weapon equipment, and because of which, its workingreliability becoming more and more stand out. But, the commonly reliability method cannotsatisfy its reliability demand for its complex working condition, more failure models andcomplexity on failure mechanism, and limit on low equation. So the research on workingreliability of deployable mechanism of folded wings has an important significance.Fristly, we briefly summarize the deployable mechanism of folded wings history andcurrent situation, mechanism reliability’s main contents, methods and developing trends at homeand abroad, sketch current situation and existing problem of spreading experiments andmechanism motion reliability simulation research of the deployable mechanism of folded wings,illustrate theory value and application significance of deployable mechanism of folded wingssimulation and test technology combining with engineering projects.Secondly, The kinematic and dynamic model of the deployable mechanism of folded wingsis founded, and research the kinematic form and condition of loading based on the analysis on itsstructure and working mechanism. And more, lay the foundation for subsequent dynamicssimulation and reliability analysis of deployable mechanism of folded wings.Thirdly, it is beneficial to improve the reliability of mechanical system reliability analysisprecision and efficiency by Using fault tree analysis research institutions. With the Deployablemechanism of folded wings as the object, using the RWB work reliability platform, its fault treeis established and the qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried on, and determine themain failure modes and the key factors of affecting the reliability of deployable mechanism offolded wings and provide the basis for the further study of the reliability.Fourthly, Aiming at researching deployable mechanism of line-styled folding-wing, aspreading experimental device was designed and multiple spreading experiments were carriedout in different torques and the key performance parameters regulations were researched. Virtualprototype model of the folding-wing was established in ADAMS based on the actual geometricparameters, physical characteristics and constraints of line-styled folding-wing, the simulationoutput curves were used to study the folding-wing under different driving force of motionparameters and performance parameters regulations. By the simulation results compared with theground test equipment test results, verify the accuracy of the virtual prototype, provides the foundation for subsequent work reliability simulation test.Fifthly, the parameterization model of deployable mechanism of folding-wing wasestablished by using ADAMS as a motion reliability analysis platform and make the workingreliability simulation technical process of deployable mechanism of folding-wing. Some groupof experiments are conducted based on comprehensively considering mechanism geometryerrors, joint clearance errors and maximum motion force errors in ADAMS/Insight module andoutput the simulation dates. The reliability of unfolding time, angle displacement accuracy ofwings and the pin roll force were calculated by using the established theoretical model ofreliability then determine the working reliability of deployable mechanism of folded wings.Finally, in accordance with the requirements of reliability simulation test indicators, realize thereliability evaluation and verify the work reliability of the simulation accuracy on deployablemechanism of folded wings.Eventually, we give a conclusion to research of entire dissertation, and point out the contentof the future research in mechanism reliability simulation and reliability research of deployablemechanism of folded wings.
