Through to change especially electrician original transposition wire production process of detailedresearch, and access to the workshop for on-site examination, access to relevant information, according tothe research of the nc equipment mechanical structure [1], and connecting with the transformer constructiondesign and layout of [2], through the understanding of the theory of transformer electromagnetic design [3],combining with the characteristics of mechanical design and manufacturing process [4], the analysis of useof the equipment, tooling and research [5], products used in the manufacture of moulds and tooling fortheoretical analysis and validation [6] and so on, through the analysis of production process anddemonstrate, from the following three aspects to solve the problems existing in the process of:(1) the original Co120extrusion die material for special material, the thermal deformation and thermalstrength of the material in the domestic haven’t seen a research conclusion; The surface quality and theshape precision of extrusion die and extrusion products relationship is still in the study. From this study willsolve how to control the extrusion die size deviation, and to solve the problem of conductor size deviationin the process of practical production;(2) now ehv and uhv power transmission products for electrical equipment manufacturing improvedthe ability to resist sudden short circuit requirements, improve the yield strength of wire used for sigmap0.2transformer; This research will address how to control the half a hardening of the yield strength of thewire production of sigma p0.2deviation, thus improving the quality of the coil winding and the product ofsudden short circuit resistance;(3) the existing national standard transposed conductor pitch for8b~18b, transposed conductor widepitch range, transposition wire winding manufacturability is poor; This study will address how to determineaccording to the actual size of coil winding transposition pitch new calculation method to improve thequality of large power transformer coil winding process.Through the above analysis, the combination of transposition wire production process equipment,process characteristics, process flow, through the analysis of transposed conductor manufacturing process,the solution from the following three aspects:(1) to the extrusion die material to study the thermal deformation and thermal strength [7], through thetest to determine the surface quality, shape precision of extrusion die and extrusion [8], the relation ofanalysis the size of the extrusion and friction; Analysis of mould in extrusion condition, the deformation ofthe mould for pretreatment, will make the squeeze the wire size deviation is less than+/-0.02mm;(2) adjust the half tooling between two columns bending roll gap, different bending statecorresponding to different yield strength value, it is concluded that numerical range [9]. Control the yieldstrength (sigma p0.2) deviation less than15%.(3) according to the transposition wire specifications (cross-sectional area), the number of wire coreand transposition pitch, coil diameter determine transposed conductor pitch range, improve the coil windingprocess;...
