| Inclined shaft which refers to "from the shaft surface oblique to underground roadway[1]. Generally,inclined shaft less than30°angle called gently tunnel and larger than or equal to45°angle ones calledsteep tunnel[1]. High altitude, steep and deep tunnel in this paper refers to Bulunkou—Kongur hydropowerstation diversion pipeline pressure diversion tunnel section whith altitude2635.017m~3223.000m, angle60°,1266.743m long, dispersion587.983m, and is located in the territory of akto county, kashi area ofxinjiang province. And this paper focuses on the content of tunnel’s whose lining is self compactingconcrete. The upper part of the tunnel’s altitude is2951.500m~3223.000m, length is327.598m anddispersion is271.500m.The lining of the high altitude, steep and deep tunnel of bulunkou—kongur hydropower station arepressure steel pipe whith3m diameter,16mm~48mm thickness and concrete fill between the steel and therock. The original design of the concrete physical performance indicators are C20F300W6of two gradehigh performance concrete, but after the concrete work of upper straight tunnel, based on the difficultiesand problems encountered in the work before, considering a longer length of inclined shaft with moredifficult in pouring, more difficult to ensure the construction quality and more slowly in construction,finally decided to replace high performance concrete of two gradation with self compacting concrete of onegradation.Steep and deep tunnel of bulunkou—kongur hydropower station uses chute transmission without anybuffer facilities and increased the segment length to40m,112m even160m; through ingenious, reasonablearrangement of the concrete pump truck making continuous pouring possible and the pouring abilityreached to300m3/d~400m3/d, thus speed the construction, simplified the procedure and improve theefficiency.Through the analysis and comparison to construction speed and unit price of self compacting concreteand conventional ones, indicate the superiority of Self Compacting Concrete, proving engineeringapplication of Self Compacting Concrete is meanful in building industry. |
