Housing construction and closely related to people’s daily lives, the project is directly related to the quality of life and property of the people.With the rapid development of China’s market economy, expanding buildings, engineering structures are more complex, project quality become fundamental in the construction market foothold, but the traditional project management concepts and methods can not meet the actual needs of the construction site today therefore urgently needed project management model transformation, quality control has become a priority.In this paper, the whole process of project construction engineering quality control for the study, from the perspective of the construction unit for detailed discussion and analysis of the project quality control process, and noted that the current lack of management methods, suggest improvements and quality control model will be established quality control model to the actual project, data is more ideal,can the quality of the whole process of project construction engineering role to play pre-control is conducive to the construction site quality management.
